Peacefully in hospital after a brave battle on 20th January, aged 74 years.
Friends please meet for service at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday 5th February at 13:30.
Everyone welcome back to The Blue Bell, Fulwell after the service to continue the celebration of her life & raise a glass in her memory.
Carol will be laid to rest on Wednesday 6th February at Blue House Woodland Burial site in Hart Village (Hartmoor Farm, Hart Village, Cleveland, TS27 3BQ), at 11am.
